Diane Keltner has worked consistently at increasing Synergy Electric’s customer base since she founded the company in 1990. Ms. Keltner is the sole owner and shareholder in Synergy Electric and runs the company on a daily basis. Ms. Keltner is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America and is past president of the San Diego Chapter.

In addition to graduation from San Diego State University, Ms. Keltner became certified in Electrical Management from Arizona State University and certified in Electrical Estimating through NECA schools. Ms. Keltner sets an example for all Synergy Electric employees. She is a true believer in Education and represents the best of Women in the construction field today.

Beth Morgan has been with Synergy Electric since the company was founded in 1990. Beth directs the company’s day-to-day fiscal management as well as corporate accounting.

In addition to receiving a degree in Accounting, Ms. Morgan became certified in Electrical Management from Arizona State University and certified in Electrical Estimating through NECA schools.
