Synergy Electric specializes in Solar Projects (roof and ground mounts) Wind Turbines, Utility, Lighting
and general electrical work, Design/Build and pre-construction services, tenant improvements,
underground distribution, medium and high voltage distribution and Waterfront Work. The Synergy
team has the knowledge and skills diverse enough to handle any electrical project.
For superior customer service, Synergy Electric is on-call 24 hours a day and we are a Union shop,
signatory to IBEW Local 569.
Synergy Electric is located at the Prospect Plaza Industrial Park in Santee, California, just freeway
minutes from downtown San Diego. The office and warehouse combined is approximately 5,600 square
feet.
President Diane Keltner has worked consistently at increasing Synergy Electric's customer base since she
founded the company in 1990. Ms. Keltner is the sole owner and shareholder in Synergy Electric and
runs the company on a daily basis. Ms. Keltner is an active member of the Associated General
Contractors of America and is past president of the San Diego Chapter.
In addition to graduation from San Diego State University, Ms. Keltner became certified in Electrical
Management from Arizona State University and certified in Electrical Estimating through NECA schools.
Ms. Keltner sets an example for all Synergy Electric employees. She is a true believer in Education and
represents the best of Women in the construction field today.
